Terms and Conditions The rules of working with us
Using THT's services
Last updated: 20 October 2026
These terms govern your use of trytht.com, our booking page, our client portal and HQ (together, the "Services"), provided by Tame Hex Technologies Limited ("THT", "we", "us"), 2/3 Taylor Drive, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria. By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you use them on behalf of a business, you confirm you can bind that business to them.
Our services
THT designs and builds software for businesses, including MVPs, landing pages, analytics dashboards, AI agents and automations, and provides HQ as a managed business system. The work we do for a client is set out in a proposal and a Client Service Agreement. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
Using the website
You may browse the website and use the contact form and booking page for genuine enquiries. You agree not to:
- send spam, false information or anything unlawful;
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the Services;
- scrape or copy the Services in bulk, or use them to build a competing product;
- pretend to be someone else.
Accounts
Some Services, such as the client portal and HQ, need an account. Keep your sign in details safe and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Bookings
When you book a call we send a confirmation with the time and how to join. Please reschedule or cancel using the link in that email if you cannot make it. We may move or cancel a call with notice if we have to.
Connected accounts
HQ can connect to third party services such as Google Calendar. When you connect one, you allow HQ to access it as described on the connection screen and in our Privacy Policy. Your use of that service stays subject to its own terms. You can disconnect at any time.
Fees and payment
Fees, milestones and payment terms for client work are set out in the proposal, agreement and invoices for that work. Unless they say otherwise, invoices are due on the date shown and are payable in the currency stated.
Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, images, our brand and HQ's software belong to THT or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Ownership of the work we build for a client is set out in that client's agreement; unless it says otherwise, the client owns the deliverables once paid for in full, and THT keeps its own pre existing tools, code and know how.
Your content
You keep ownership of anything you send us or upload to the Services. You give us permission to use it only to provide the Services to you. You confirm you have the right to share it.
Third party links and services
The Services may link to or rely on other sites and services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Availability
We work to keep the Services running and secure, but we do not promise they will always be available or free of errors. We may change, pause or stop parts of them.
Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided for general information, as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Commitments about the quality and results of client work are those in the client's agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, THT is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim about the Services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 50,000 naira if you have paid us nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Indemnity
You agree to cover THT for losses and reasonable costs caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Services.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close access to the Services if you break these terms or put the Services or other users at risk. You can stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, liability and governing law, survive.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction over any dispute, though we will always try to settle a disagreement by talking first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new date. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
