An enforcement platform for vessel boardings: officers inspect offline at sea, and every boarding ends in one sealed report.
The brief
Five departments board a vessel together to inspect it, and each one filed on paper or in shared spreadsheets. Reports took days to put together, and nobody could prove a report had not been changed afterwards.
Our approach
We built a field app that works offline at sea, where each officer fills in only their department's checklist, and a portal where directors roster boarding teams and follow every mission. When the team leader completes a boarding, the server merges every filing into one PDF and seals it with a SHA-256 fingerprint anyone can verify.
